HR Talent Acquisition Executive (SRT)

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as a Human Resource Executive. The successful candidate will provide a full range of HR guidance and support to the business units which includes activities such as employee life cycle management and talent acquisition for operations levels.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle full cycle of employment process including job postings, short listings, co-ordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
- Work with various authorities or agencies to organise, attend recruitment mass walk-ins, roadshows and career fairs
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance - EP, WP and SP application.
- Partner and support other departments in manpower needs work closely with Operations Management team to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
- Update and maintain employees personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in HR team in employment act compliance and support in employee welfare reviews etc.
- Take on any other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management preferred
- Prior work experience in recruitment functions from fast pace multi-stores retail or FMCG sectors preferred
- Knowledgeable in MS Office: MS Excel (ie. Pivot table, formulas)
