Talent Acquisition:
. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from diverse backgrounds using various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
. Handle end to end processes of bringing Non-Traditional-Source workers into Singapore
. Utilize advanced search techniques and tools such as Boolean search strings, X-ray search, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates.
. Collaborate with HR BP to understand the Hiring Manager talent needs and candidate profiles, and create a compelling employer value proposition to attract top talent.
. Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to facilitate the decision-making process.
. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize the recruitment process.
. Develop and implement a reporting framework to track recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, and candidate demographics.
. Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate recruitment metrics and insights to hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process, and acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to talent acquisition, and share insights and knowledge with the team to enhance the overall recruitment function.
Learning & Development:
. Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.
. Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, feedback, and certifications.
. Schedule training sessions and send communications to participants and facilitators.
. Update and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content and tracking learner progress.
. Liaise with external training providers and manage bookings and invoices.
. Support the onboarding process by organizing induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
. Assist in the creation of training materials such as guides, presentations, and manuals.
. Respond to internal inquiries about training opportunities and system access.
. Provide general administrative support to the L&D lead and contribute to ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
. Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction and manufacturing industry
. Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player and resourceful
. Attention to detail and accuracy
. Ability to manage multi-tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
