Job Description

To support and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and contributing to employee engagement and development.

Manage Recruitment & Staffing

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews).

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.

Maintain employee records and manpower database.

HR Administration

Prepare and administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, renewal/termination notices.

Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (where applicable).

Manage HR documentation and filing system.

Compensation & Benefits

Process monthly payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).

Manage system staff leave records and attendance when required.

Assist with salary benchmarking and HR-related surveys.

Training & Development

Coordinate training programs, course registration, and funding applications (e.g., SSG grants).

Maintain training records and staff competency matrices.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Promote positive workplace culture and staff retention initiatives.

Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures (if any).

Assist in planning employee welfare, team-building, and engagement activities (if any).

Compliance & HR Policies

Ensure compliance with local employment laws (MOM regulations, Employment Act, etc.).

Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.

Prepare HR-related reports for management review.

Relevant Experience and specific skills required

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of HR working experience (entry-level candidates with internship/related experience may be considered).
  • Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
