Key Responsibilities (But not limited to)
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process including scheduling and facilitating interviews
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Collect, verify, and maintain attendance daily records - Follow up with workers who are absent to understand reasons and provide care and concern where needed
- Handle application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes (e.g. Work Permit, S Pass)
- Administer government license applications and renewals
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management
- Manage workers accommodation including dormitory check-in/out and related matters
- Administer and process work injury claims
- Handle flight ticket bookings for workers
- Oversee training administration, including course enrolment and training records
- Manage office administration including stationery supplies and office facility maintenance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation and records
- Prepare site-related documents such as LOA/LOU and other project administrative submissions
- Inform and coordinate with drivers for manpower and delivery arrangements
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative and HR duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including strong understanding of Excel formulas
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore employment standards
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (to handle Chinese documentation and effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking workers)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Occasional weekend assistance may be required
