Position Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing, attendance, leave, and claims administration
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and insurance matters
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies
- Coordinate training, orientation, and employee development activities
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in disciplinary matters and performance management processes
- Support audits and HR reporting requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in HR administration or generalist roles
- Knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment practices
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payroll systems and attendance software
- Familiarity with foreign worker administration (WP, SP, EP)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
