Job Description

Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or collection according to schedules, including picking, packing, labeling, wrapping, and shipping.
Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming warehouse stock and materials.
Conduct spare parts inspections to ensure compliance with RMA requirements.
Maintain and update inventory records accurately within the inventory management system.
Perform inventory control activities and uphold quality standards to support audit requirements.
Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized while maximizing space utilization.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or stock issues promptly.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic preventive maintenance on tools such as pallet stackers and pallet jacks.
Adhere to company procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors when required.

Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock in/out processes.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
Understanding of standard warehouse operations, procedures, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to handle heavy lifting and operate pallet stackers and pallet jacks.
Basic spoken and written English communication skills.
Working Location - Bukit Merah
Working hours - Required to work staggered working hours: Monday To Friday: 7.30am to 5pm, 8.30am to 6pm
Able to perform OT - (Overtime is payable)
