Job Scope:
As a HR Business Partner, you will be working with an experienced team to support the company's workforce initiatives. You will:
- Partner with divisions leaders to understand their manpower needs and provide practical HR solutions
- Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach, including the coordination/support of interviews, onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Assist with adhoc HR projects and review of HR processes when they arise
Requirements:
- At least a degree in HR/Business or any related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- A Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
Working Hours: Office Hours
Contract Period: 4 months (Estimated start date: Early July)
Salary: $20-$26/hr (depending on qualifications)
