Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily invoicing and payment documentation
  • Maintain proper filing and updating of records and supporting documents
  • Monitor outstanding payments and assist in payment follow-up
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors and operational teams on documentation matters
  • Update internal records and administrative information accurately
  • Assist in preparing routine reports and documentation
  • Support general office administrative duties
  • Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator or similar role
  • Comfortable handling administrative and documentation duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and operational coordination
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours when required
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
