- Position : HR Executive
- Location : Gul Avenue (Transport from MRT)
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.15am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, dormitory admin & PCP
- Administer leave, medical claims, overtime, and timesheet verification
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and confidential files
- Support employment changes (transfers, promotions)
- Implement HR policies and update handbook/forms
- Submit statutory government claims (NS, maternity, levy waiver, etc.)
- Manage training administration and needs identification
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Liaise with government bodies and statutory boards
- Support internship programme
- Process work injury compensation and insurance claims (H&S)
- Provide general HR and administrative event support
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Human Resource
- Able to multi-task with strong office administration skills
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, resourceful and positive working attitude
- At least 2 years working experience in HRM
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Conversant in MS Office applications
