HR Executive (Retail, Recruitment)

JobResponsibilities:

Retail Recruitment Excellence

• Lead end-to-end hiring for retail positions, from job postings to onboarding
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing retail candidates
• Collaborate with store managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and related HR practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with staff at all levels.
