JobResponsibilities:
Retail Recruitment Excellence
- Lead end-to-end hiring for retail positions, from job postings to onboarding
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing retail candidates
- Collaborate with store managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and related HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with staff at all levels.
