We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join a F&B Company located in the Funan Central Region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
What you'll be doing
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain personnel files and attendance records.
- Handlepayrollprocessing.
- Employee relations support. Processing new hires, employee changes and terminations
- Manage full cycle ofrecruitmentprocess including sourcing, posting job advert/requisition, facilitated interviews for the hiring managers.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Allwork passesrelated matters including Pass Application, Renewal & Cancellation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
