Key accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews - Responsible for reviewing the recruitment strategy, campaigns and achieving the recruitment target and building talent pipelines
- Active involvement in career fairs and networking sessions
- Liaise with statutory agencies and governing body on the necessary licenses
- Work closely with hiring managers on their recruitment needs
- Prepare salary proposal and obtain the required approvals
- Conduct references and suitability checks
- Update recruitment tracking reports in a timely manner
- Continuously develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates
- Track and evaluate recruitment cost
- Respond to day-to-day queries from stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines
- Preferably 1-2 years of HR business partnering / generalist / in-house recruiter / recruiter at the recruitment agency
