Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Work Pass Administration

  • Handle end-to-end processing of Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Prepare, submit, and track work pass applications via MOM portals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all supporting documents.
  • Liaise with employees, hiring managers, and relevant authorities on work pass matters.
  • Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals and compliance.

2. HR Operations Support

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and onboarding materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

3. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding arrangements for new hires.

4. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure basic compliance with Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.
  • Assist with statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, IR21) where required.
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including filing, documentation, and coordination.

5. Employee Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries.
  • Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR coordination.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Hands-on experience with work pass application is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
