HR Executive / HR Business Partner

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site HR Executive / HR Business Partner role based in Singapore. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and providing strategic HR advice. The role supports leadership in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to employee well-being initiatives will also be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies
• Solid background in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Singapore in a cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with international or diplomatic organizations is an advantage
