Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for an HR Executive/HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines. The role involves supporting talent management initiatives, resolving employee concerns, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The position allows for a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources-related domains.
- Experience in HR Operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions and processes.
- Proven ability to manage Employee Relations with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge in creating, implementing, and updating effective HR Policies to align with legislation and organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR software and knowledge of Singapore labor laws is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
