Job Scope
- Involved in employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
- assist with preparation of organization orientation for new staffs
- Support in operations needs, when required
- Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes
- Coordinates effectively with the different departments of staffs, when required
- Drafts and prepares written correspondence
- Maintain proper filing system
- Assist with either sets of accounts duties, when needed (eg AP/AR)
- Follow up on any outstanding payment issue
- Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties
Job Requirement
. At least a Higher Nitec in Admin or HR fields
. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
. Able to communicate in Chinese and English
. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively
. Work Location: Loyang (required to go onsite)
