Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support including document management, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take messages.
  • Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and renewal of office services and equipment (e.g., water filtration, cleaning services, transportation, etc.).
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and stationery supplies.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly food vouchers for eligible employees.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and overtime records.
  • Assist in the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
  • Liaise with dormitory vendors to address accommodation-related matters.
  • Coordinate and administer training programs, including sourcing and registration.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Engage with staff at all levels to support the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies.
  • Experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
  • Training provided for those without / with lesser experience.
