Responsibilities

. Be a guidance on the application of HR policies, procedures and standards.s.

. Drive HR projects assigned and act as a key advisor to your management team in the business unit.

Requirements

. Assertive and confident in your delivery and execution of radical HR solutions.

. Able to work in a fast paced environment, committed and to flexible work hours (Sat weekend rotation).

. Good skills and knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines - talent acquisition (both rank and file), employee retention, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, compensation practices and managing diversity.
