- Assist with job posting and advertising on various platforms
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.
- Administer pre-interview assessment.
- Address candidates queries and send rejection emails.
- Collate employee paperwork, including employee contracts, forms and other relevant documents prior to data inception.
- Complete data inception process for new employees in the SF system.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist the HRBP with the onboarding process
- Apply work passes (where necessary)
- Update the Staff Movement Excel Spreadsheet (co-own with IT Helpdesk)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols for both physical/digital files.
- Housekeeping of shared files between HQP and BPS
- Process employee separation paperwork, including sending out of the E-Acknowledgement of Resignation and updating records in the SF system.
- Ensure smooth offboarding procedure (e.g. DLP email to IT Helpdesk to trigger report and send report to RO, recovery / adjustment of leave consumed.)
- Ensure cessation of staff benefits (Grab, myMHC, EHS).
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR
