Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, HR Technology. In this role, you will assist the Senior Manager in overseeing HR Technology projects and play a crucial part in enhancing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse HR users business requirements and processes
  • Review and recommend solutions to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs
  • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues raised by HR users
  • Address staff queries related to HR systems, including troubleshooting and providing solutions
  • Escalate issues according to the support structure when necessary
  • Assist HR users with operational needs and guide them in optimising HR systems
  • Review work processes using Lean and 5S methodologies
  • Explore innovative technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Develop tools to improve business processes
  • Conduct periodic audit on system user security access

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a HR business environment, preferably with Human Resource Information Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Project Management will be an advantage
