Responsibilities of HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes and employee onboarding.
- Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and CPF submissions.
- Work Pass Management: Oversee applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, track leave manually, and update policies as needed.
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions and maintain training records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of full spectrum HR experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
