Administration Management
Oversee all administrative functions, including the management and coordination of new office renovation/fit-out, liaison with property management, and office maintenance.

Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage the annual Administration & HR budget.
Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial efficiency across both functions.
