Job Description

  1. Administration Management

    • Oversee all administrative functions, including the management and coordination of new office renovation/fit-out, liaison with property management, and office maintenance.

    • Handle government-related surveys, registrations, and compliance matters.

    • Ensure smooth daily office operations and a productive work environment.

  2. HR Process & System Development

    • Optimize and streamline the recruitment process, and lead the implementation/improvement of the HR system.

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions: resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

    • Oversee Employment Pass (EP) applications and renewals, and serve as the main point of contact with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and other labor authorities.

  3. Budget & Cost Control

    • Prepare and manage the annual Administration & HR budget.

    • Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial efficiency across both functions.
