About the role
The HR & Admin Executive role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team based in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a full-time HR & Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources, administrative, and procurement functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
Administering and supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Managing and maintaining accurate employee data and records within the HRIS system
Coordinating HR-related initiatives such as training programmes, staff engagement activities, and team-building events
Providing comprehensive administrative support across the organization, including office administration, facilities coordination, travel arrangements, and inventory management
Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
Monitoring and managing office supplies, equipment, and service contracts to ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
Contributing to the maintenance of a positive, productive, and engaged work environment
What we're looking for
1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role, ideally within a consulting, professional services or membership organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the business
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
A genuine interest in contributing to the development and growth of the organization
