Duties and Responsibility:
- Support end-to-end HR operations
- Payroll
- Assist in recruitment and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and update AGHRM
- Coordinate HR activities, handle enquiries and provide administrative support
- Handle worker's accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matter
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Singapore construction working experiences in a generalist role
- Experience in Construction industry & handle migrant workers advantageous
- Possess high interpersonal and good communication skills
- Have initiative and able to work well under tight candidate with minimum supervision
- Must be sensitive to confidential information and is discreet
- Good in Microsoft Office Applications
