Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a growing organization in search of an individual to support and strengthen its operational and people-related functions as the team continues to expand.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR & Admin Executive who will play a key role in maintaining efficient workplace operations while supporting essential HR processes. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure administrative workflows and employee-related matters are handled smoothly.

The Job:

  • Support Hiring & Onboarding Activities - Assist with interview coordination, candidate communication and onboarding arrangements for new employees.
  • Handle Employee Administration - Maintain personnel records and support HR documentation to ensure employee information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Facilitate Employment Pass Processes - Coordinate submissions, renewals and administrative matters relating to work authorisations for foreign employees.
  • Provide Cross-Team Administrative Support - Assist with general coordination and administrative tasks to support the wider team when required.
  • Coordinate Workplace Operations - Oversee daily office administration and ensure the office environment remains organised and well supported for business activities.
  • Manage Vendor & Facilities Coordination - Liaise with service providers, building management and vendors to ensure office services and facilities run smoothly.
  • Maintain Administrative Documentation - Track key agreements and maintain organised records relating to internal administrative and governance matters.

The Talent:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience supporting administrative operations or HR coordination within a corporate environment.
  • Comfortable coordinating with vendors, service providers or external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable and proactive in approach.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style.
