Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within an organization. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment and supporting the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, working hours, and leave policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics and provide reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
