Job Description

  • 5 days work week
  • Location: East
  • AWS & VB

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.

  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.

  • Coordinate training, staff engagement activities, and performance review processes.


Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related matters.

  • Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements if required.

  • Support general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Familiar with local employment regulations and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
