Job Descriptions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, application screening, and interview coordination
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Handle MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Coordinate staff training and development activities, including external training programmes
- Provide administrative support for performance appraisal exercises
- Organise employee engagement initiatives, including keep-fit programmes and company events
- Support regional staff travelling to Singapore for training programmes
- Manage general office administration and HR operational matters
- Provide administrative support for client visits
- Handle tenant management
- Arrange business travel bookings for staff
- Participate in HR projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and MOM Work Pass applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Approachable, service-oriented, and passionate about supporting employees
- Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
