Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Track staff leave, attendance, and medical certificates

  • Prepare employment letters and contracts using templates

  • Support onboarding and offboarding documentation

  • Compile monthly payroll information (attendance, allowances, deductions)

  • Prepare CPF contribution schedules and assist with MOM submissions

  • Coordinate with external accountant / payroll service provider

  • Handle medical and insurance claims administration

  • Maintain organised filing of HR and staff documents

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR admin, payroll support, or office administration

  • Basic knowledge of Singapore MOM and CPF requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
