Job Description

- ensure timecards are keyed in on time with accuracy and no error

-check and verify workers MC including MIA and record and keep track accurately

-apply levy waiver for home leave, hospitalisation etc

-generate payroll timesheets and payslips

-experience in Info-tech system is a must

-workers counselling including issuance of warning letters, termination etc.

-liaise with site coordinators, supervisors etc for any issues related to workers

-able to handle multiple projects

-generate payslips using Info-tech system

-other HR & Administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager
