Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and applying for necessary work passes.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system and personnel files.
Prepare and submit essential HR documents, letters, and certificates.
Work closely with the HR team to implement key HR initiatives, such as performance management.

4.Employee Engagement
Organize company events, such as Christmas celebrations, Chinese New Year Lohei, Long Service Awards, Annual Dinners, Mid-Autumn gatherings, and other employee engagement activities.
5.Administrative Duties
Handle general administrative tasks, including office equipment maintenance, stationery, and supplies management.
Manage season parking for company vehicles.
Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and general affairs.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Preferred candidate with at least 1 year of HR experience
Possess minimum GCE O Levels, GCE A Levels or Diploma in relevant field.
Solid knowledge of Employment Act and other statutory regulations and policies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure and independently
Proficient in MS Office Application
Strong sense of responsibility, mature, self-motivated, proactive, attention to details and meticulous.
Good oral and written communication skills
Good team player and interpersonal skills
Able to commence work immediately is preferred
