Job Description

The HR Assistant and Officer will be involved in the day-to-day running of the office, and will be involved in HR general and administration, employee experience, and full-time and internship recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

1) Assist in the recruitment process of employees from job posting to coordinating interviews, plus evaluating candidates.

2) Aid in the issuance or renewal of work passes, plus the maintenance of employee files and data, employee confirmation, and yearly appraisals.

3) Help in the recruiting of student interns from the posting of the job descriptions, arranging of interviews, to the final offering if the student is confirmed.

4) Administer the entire onboarding process, including contract preparation, new hire orientation, logistics preparation for first day reporting, data verification, and P-file creation.

5) Aid in the exit process of staff and interns who are leaving, including the preparation of clearance documents, handover, and removal of such personnel from the company's attendance system.

6) Administer the e-leave system, training database, and government grants and claims.

7) Administer employee benefits.

8) Organize company celebration events, submit insurance claims, and maintain records of annual insurance renewals and other insurance payments.

9) Collaborate with management to add new staff and interns to the monthly payroll and remove outdated staff and interns.

10) Contribute to the continuous process improvement projects and new initiatives to support the company's growth.

11) Perform general administrative and reception duties, including the ordering of pantry items or stationery, welcoming guests, and helping to receive deliveries.

12) Other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the management teams, such as supporting management during the recruitment fairs and compiling monthly attendance reports for management review.

Job Requirements

1) Diploma or equivalent in the relevant fields, including Human Resource Management

2) 1-2++ years of relevant working experience

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office. Meticulous, adaptable, and with a positive mindset

4) A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5) Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders

6) Fresh graduates from ITE/polytechnics are also welcome to apply

7) Singaporean or Singapore PR only

8) Able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines

9) Has some degree of fluency in Mandarin to be able to communicate with fellow staff and management
