Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, hotel, and property development sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and system integrators
- Promote the company's hospitality solutions including Electronic Locking Systems, Hotel Guestroom Management Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Energy Management Systems, and related technologies
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, tender participation, proposal preparation, quotation submission, negotiation, and project closing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations for clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with internal engineering, project, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and project specifications
Account Management & Client Engagement
- Serve as the key point of contact for major hotel accounts and hospitality-related projects
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders including hotel management teams, consultants, contractors, and procurement personnel
- Follow up on project timelines, tender opportunities, commercial negotiations, and project execution progress
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing customer accounts
- Support after-sales coordination and maintain strong client relationships beyond project completion
Market Development & Strategic Planning
- Monitor hospitality market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the hotel systems industry
- Conduct market analysis and provide business insights and sales forecasts to management
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, quotations, and project updates within internal systems or CRM platforms
- Participate in hospitality industry events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and business opportunities
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and business partners to support sales growth and project opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Hospitality, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 3-8 years of relevant sales or business development experience preferred
- Experience hospitality solutions, hotel systems, ELV, security systems, access control, or technical sales will be an added bonus
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, hospitality technology solutions, and project-based sales environments
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience in handling direct sales to hotels, developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Electronic Locking Systems, RFID technologies, access control systems, or smart hospitality solutions preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple levels
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Positive attitude with strong customer-oriented mindset
- Able to travel for client meetings and project discussions when required
