Job Summary

You will support Service and Project teams by managing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security, communication, and IT systems on-site, while evaluating products and implementing new market solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation work of security, communication, and IT systems on-site in collaboration with Service and Project teams
• Troubleshoot and maintain security, communication, and IT systems to ensure operational reliability
• Evaluate products and systems to assess performance and suitability for client needs
• Identify and implement new commercially available solutions to improve system capabilities and client satisfaction
• Participate in in-house training to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
