Job Summary
Manage site operations by coordinating client requirements, scheduling deliveries and installers, supervising work progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards to deliver projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to clarify product requirements, delivery timelines, and work schedules
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with transporters and clients to ensure timely receipt of materials
- Schedule and manage installer work assignments at job sites to optimize resource utilization
- Execute daily site operations and supervise work to align with project plans and timelines
- Identify and resolve site problems promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure coordination of activities across sites to maintain workflow efficiency
- Report any non-conformance issues at the site to the Person-In-Charge (PIC) for timely resolution
- Document all site changes and variations, including verbal instructions from clients, to maintain accurate records
- Oversee health and safety compliance for subcontractors and workers to maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct inspections during work progress to enforce quality control before client handover
- Follow and maintain established procedures, standards, and processes to ensure consistent project delivery
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required to support site operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and communication
- Demonstrate a positive working attitude and maintain a pleasant personality to foster teamwork
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Some experience in operational or logistics roles to effectively manage site activities (but, we will teach on the job as well.)
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
