We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to handle and follow through on the customer-facing process from enquiry to quotation, order processing, delivery coordination, and customer updates. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys customer communication, is careful with details, and can take ownership of daily follow-through in a fast-moving manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer enquiry handling: Receive and review customer enquiries to ensure complete information, clarify missing details with customers before routing technical or complex enquiries to internal team.
Quotation coordination: Prepare quotations based on approved pricing, ensuring specifications and commercial terms are accurately reflected.
Sales order processing: Review customer purchase orders against quotations before processing in the ERP system by means of generating part codes for made-to-order items, and preparing the necessary internal supporting documents.
Hunter Mentality: Proactively follow up with customers on open enquiries and pending quotations, and support routine accounts and regular customer enquiries.
Client Solutions: Understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their healthcare offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, sales coordination, order processing, inside sales support, customer operations, or a similar role.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, trading & distribution, or industrial products is an advantage.
Experience using ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Able to communicate clearly and manage multiple open enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
