Job Summary
Lead and coordinate logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely deliveries, compliance, and efficient financial management. Supervise and develop warehouse staff to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for the logistics team to enhance efficiency and meet delivery schedules
- Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant regulations and company policies within logistics and warehouse functions
- Manage operational finances, including budgeting and cost control, to support sustainable business performance
- Supervise warehouse activities to maintain organized inventory and smooth workflow
- Recruit, onboard, and train warehouse staff to build a skilled and effective team
- Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success
