Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Group Finance

Key Responsibilities

. Prepare and review monthly group consolidation and financial reports

. Support timely month-end closing in line with group reporting timelines

. Review financial submissions from regional teams for accuracy and completeness

. Perform variance analysis and highlight key financial movements

. Support preparation of management reports for internal stakeholders

. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / SFRS(I)) and internal policies

. Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements

. Work closely with country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

. Support budgeting and forecasting processes across regions

. Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

. Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

. CPA / CA (or equivalent)preferred or in progress

. 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or audit

. Experience in group reporting or consolidation is preferred

. Exposure to SGX reporting or experience in a listed company environment is an advantage

. Experience working with regional/multi-country teams is a plus

. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

. Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

. High integrity and a strong sense of accountability
