Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Rest Days: Sundays & Public Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Plan stock forecasting to ensure sufficient supply and prevent shortages
- Handle purchasing, order placement, and supplier coordination
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for better pricing
- Source new suppliers and evaluate competitive pricing
Inventory & Stock Control
- Plan and optimize inventory levels to support daily operations
- Run stock movement reports and identify slow‑moving items
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory
Receiving & Warehouse Support
- Receive and check goods against purchase orders
- Inspect goods during loading/unloading for accuracy and quality
- Support warehouse team with picking/packing when required
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Work closely with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in resolving delivery or stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on forecasting to ensure stock availability for customer demand
- Support the Sales Team in sourcing new products, pricing, and supplier options
Requirements:
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable
- Comfortable with both desk‑based tasks (ordering, documentation) and physical tasks (receiving, checking, picking)
- Able to use computers and inventory management systems
- Chinese‑speaking ability is an advantage (for supplier communication)
- Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage
