Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the procurement, transportation, and delivery of products
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid project delays.
Ensure timely mobilization of machinery, tools, and manpower.
Track daily warehouse activities and support operational requirements.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for material supply and service delivery.
Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, quality, and timelines.
Negotiate logistics-related costs and contracts where required.
Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
Monitor logistics and operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction in transportation and procurement
Provide regular updates on material status, delays, and operational issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
Good coordination and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
