- Lead a team of risk management specialists to oversee all aspects of credit (primarily), market and operational risks for the bank
- To create and implement local risk procedures, directing resources, and developing effective risk management strategies to maintain a healthy risk profile
- Maintain a close liaison with regulators and the senior management
- Lead operational risk management training to build a strong risk-aware culture

skills & experience required
- Possesses a Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or related
- 15+ years of risk management experience, especially in the area of credit risk, with oversight to the other aspects of risks.
- Good communication skills
- The ability to speak, read and write Mandarin language at a business level, as you will be required to liaise with clients in China and handle business documents in their native language
