Our client is a highly respected and growing global private bank with a growing footprints in Asia. As part of its continued transformation and strategic alignment, a newly created opportunity has emerged for a Head of Projects, Global Private Bank. This role is pivotal in driving bankwide transformation and digitalisation, delivering efficiency, and upgrading platforms across all channels in the private banking business.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation: Lead and deliver strategic digitalisation initiatives across the global private bank, enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
- Bankwide Projects: Oversee large-scale projects spanning technology upgrades, process optimisation, and platform enhancements across multiple channels.
- Change Management: Drive structured project governance and execution, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with senior leadership, business heads, and functional stakeholders globally to ensure strong alignment and buy-in.
- Leadership & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to the business, influencing strategy and ensuring effective delivery of transformation goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in banking, preferably with exposure to private banking and leading transformation or strategic projects.
- Proven track record in delivering digitalisation and bankwide initiatives within complex, matrixed environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at senior levels.
- Strong project management expertise, able to oversee multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is preferred given the role supports senior stakeholders across Asia.
