Head of Wealth (Private Banking)

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for Wealth Management and Private Banking, in line with the organization's goals.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with other business units to ensure the seamless delivery of client solutions.
• Ensure top-tier client satisfaction and retention through excellent service standards.
• Lead, mentor, develop a high-performing team of relationship managers, and support staff.
• Set performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure career development opportunities for team members.
• Stay updated on the latest wealth management trends and regulatory changes to ensure the bank remains competitive.
• Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on business performance and key financial metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clients.
• Experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth in wealth management services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management solutions.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead large teams and build a high-performance culture.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments in private banking and wealth management.
