Our client is a profitable and fast-growing digital financing platform with a strong regional footprint. Known for their innovative solutions in lending, payments, and digital financial products serving both corporates and consumers, they are now at a growth stage where dedicated leadership in credit risk is essential. To support this, they are seeking a Head of Credit Risk Management to drive and shape this next phase of growth.

As Head of Credit Risk Management, you will own the end to end credit risk agenda, which include managerial oversight of policy, modelling, collections, and anti-fraud teams, to guiding regional credit risk teams. Youll play a critical role in balancing growth ambitions with sound risk practices, while working closely with senior leadership to set strategic direction.

We are seeking candidates with 10-15 years of experience in credit risk management, including at least 3-4 years in a managerial capacity, gained in either fintech platforms or banking institutions. The ideal candidate will be familiar with both credit risk policy and modelling, and possess the capability to design, guide, and advise senior stakeholders and teams on risk-related matters.
