We're seeking an exceptional Head of Recruitment to lead and elevate talent acquisition at a top-tier quantitative trading firm renowned for its expertise in high-frequency trading and algorithmic strategies. This role will drive the strategy, direction, and optimisation of a high-performing global recruitment team, with a focus on attracting world-class talent in Quantitative Research, Trading, and Front-Office Quant Development.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record in front-office quantitative trading recruitment, with deep market knowledge.
• Experience working within a proprietary trading or market-making environment.
• 5+ years in a senior recruitment leadership role, successfully building, scaling, and optimising recruitment functions.
• Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the global talent market.
