Position:
Head of Growth Brokerage App (Singapore)
Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Growth to lead the full growth lifecycle of our brokerage and trading app in the Singapore market. You will own the entire user journey from acquisition and onboarding to activation, trading conversion, and retention combining data-driven decision-making, innovative marketing, and cross-functional leadership to deliver exceptional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Singapore market growth strategy, driving acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention for a brokerage/trading app.
- Design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns, including digital marketing, partnerships, content marketing, social media, and community engagement.
- Analyze user data and optimize the growth funnel through experiments, A/B testing, and performance tracking to improve CPA, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure growth initiatives are implemented effectively and at speed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and user behavior patterns to identify new growth levers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or user acquisition, preferably within fintech, brokerage, or investment platforms.
- Deep understanding of investor behavior and media ecosystems in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Strong command of growth and analytics tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
