Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven User Growth Manager to lead our client acquisition and engagement efforts, with a strong focus on driving sales. This role will combine fundraising and client referral responsibilities with brand-building, event management, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, private banking, or digital assets, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with HNWIs/UHNWIs and deliver tangible fundraising outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Client Growth

  • Proactively source, engage, and refer qualified HNWI/UHNWI clients to invest in the CMS Fund.
  • Manage and grow a personal pipeline of potential investors, achieving and exceeding fundraising targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, performance updates, and personalized engagement.

Branding, Events & Partnerships

  • Organize and manage investor-focused events, private networking sessions, and exclusive client gatherings tailored to institutional and individual audiences.
  • Partner with related brands, private banks, and industry associations to enhance visibility and access to high-value clients.
  • Support overall corporate branding initiatives, positioning the fund as a trusted and innovative asset manager.
  • Digital Growth & Marketing
  • Drive the fund's presence across social media platforms to strengthen fund awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop content strategies, investment insights, and storytelling that resonate with target investors.
  • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to refine growth strategies and optimize outreach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, asset management, or digital assets, with a proven sales track record. Experience in Capital Introduction team within Investment Banking (IBD) will be a strong plus.
  • Strong existing network among HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and demonstrated ability to build relationships across private banks, asset managers, and hedge funds will be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with event management, branding, and social media campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced fund environment.
