Key job responsibilities:
Leadership/ Revenue Growth
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Lead the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling services.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Market analysis, research and opportunity scoping for healthcare market to understand client needs and tailor services to meet those demands.
- Identify opportunities for service innovation, develop and implement business development strategies to unlock the potential of service offering
Client Relationship Management
- Relationship building key stakeholders, major clients communication and focal point to drive service excellence. Develop customised solutions for clients to address their specific facility management needs.
- The figurehead of company at industry events, industry association, conferences to build networks and promote the company's services.
Proposal and Contract Management
- Hands on involvement in site surveys, oversee the preparation of proposals and costings, bids, and tender documents in response to client requests and market opportunities.
- Ensure that all contracts are managed effectively, with attention to compliance, risk management, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalise contracts and terms. Ensure compliance, risk mitigation and financial performance
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing
- 10 years and above in business development, sales or marketing experience with supervisory management experience and extensive connections and networks
- Willing to dedicate evenings or weekends for networking activities.
- Experience in clients RFP/RFQ/NDA/SLA processes and assessing tender platforms GeBiz, Tender Bot, Ariba, Sesami and etc.
