Global Account Manager to drive sales growth, build CXO-level relationships, and secure strategic partnerships. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams and regions.

Make an Impact by

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in global accounts, fostering and developing CXO-level customer relationships to enhance customer retention.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase sales revenue.
  • To identify and address customers IT&T needs through detailed account planning aiming to secure bids and innovative deals.
  • Work closely with various internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing with global clients.
  • Proactively identify and address issues that may impact client satisfaction or account performance.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of technology trends and differentiate the unique value delivered through Singtel's offerings within this domain.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction with decision-makers and play a key ambassador role for Singtel.
  • Meet financial KPIs and develop strategic plans to execute and exceed sales targets.

Skills for Success

  • Degree with 5 or more years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a global context.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of ICT and telecommunications preferred.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Possess strong leadership skills to guide and influence teams and clients effectively
