About the Role
Rainbow Cove Preschool is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for preschoolers. Our curriculum supports children's holistic development, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning. We currently operate six branches in Singapore and three in China. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee corporate operations, drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in corporate management, legal compliance, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations, including strategic planning, team management, and performance development.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, including education-related licensing and corporate legal requirements.
- Develop and implement business strategies to support organisational growth and market expansion.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Improve internal processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance on legal, contractual, and risk-management matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Law, Management, or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including managerial or senior leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate operations, governance, and legal compliance.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-departmental projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make high-level decisions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage due to frequent collaboration with Chinese partners.
